Success

Found this passage on iPhone right between breaks at church. Success is not by how high up the career ladder you are at, or how much money you make, it's how respected you are as a person, a friend, a husband, a son, a father, a colleague. To earn respect is often more difficult than earning money, because it takes much more to be a respected one.
