sounds scary... my macbook pro also got some problems. after came back from bali, i was going to turn on the macbook, which had been sitting in the cupboard for a week), i flipped the case over and found out the battery got bloated and popped out!
sent it for repair yesterday and they can't even turn it out with a new battery. so have to wait for 5 days to get it fixed! hope everything else inside is ok...

not sure about the adapter issue. but i found out on the applestore product review re the battery and realized the bulging issue of battery is very common for macbook (pro). u can go check out if there's similar complain on this.

Picked up "The Secret" last night, as recommended by different friends including Sachiko from Japan. This book came at the right time when I was having many thoughts about my future.
